Our sessions are inclusive, supportive, and tailored to suit all abilities. You’ll find a welcoming community, passionate coaches, and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.

Expect cheers, high-fives, and plenty of laughs as athletes build confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy the thrill of the game together. Equipment and lane bumpers are provided if needed, and family and carers are always welcome to join the fun.
